How to Navigate This Course

This course is designed in a way that gives you options on the degree of detail you will review. Clicking only on the brown buttons on the left side navigation gives you introductory information on the specified subject, along with a director's key roles for that subject. If you desire more detail, you may click on the gray buttons that appear under the brown buttons, as well as on the Learn More and Try This lessons. Depending on your level of detail, the material can be reviewed in one to three hours.

If you want to retain any of this course's information in hardcopy, there is a Print button located in the top right of each screen that allows you to print the information from the screen you are viewing. However, if you are considering printing a volume of the information, it may be easier to download the Basics for Bank Directors book on which the course is based. The link for that is at the top of the page.

You may click on What is a Bank? or any of the other buttons on the left side of the screen, or the "Next" button below, to get started on the course. For optimum viewing, we suggest using a screen resolution setting of 1280 x 768 pixels.
